At MNC, we pride ourselves in providing compassionate patient-focused care. It is our objective to provide a calm and trusting environment while you are visiting us. We understand you are in pain and we want to help make this visit as smooth as possible and provide you all the information you need to put your mind at ease.
Our billing department is experienced and can help with any questions you may have. We take most insurance, including Workers Compensation, Medical, Medicare, Private Insurance, HMO, and PPO; however, please check with your insurance carrier to see if we are a preferred provider on your plan.
We ask all New Patients to please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We also ask you to bring the following information:

- A list of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medications you are taking, including dose and frequency
- Pertinent information about your medical and surgical history
- Any recent labs, X-rays, MRIs, CTs, or appropriate records you may have
- Co-payment
We do not accept New Patient-self pay or Auto cases.
- Payment is expected at the time of service for all co-pays and non-covered services
- Please notify us of any changes in your insurance or pharmacy.
- We accept cash, check (made payable to Michigan Neuroscience Clinic), and credit card payments.
- Make payments on the patient portal.
If you have billing questions, please contact the billing specialist at 734-374-1112 ext 1032.
You may need a referral and/or authorization for specialty services; if your insurance requires you to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, please make sure the referral is sent to us at least 24 hours prior to your office visit or this may cause unnecessary delays or rescheduled visits. Please contact your primary care physician to assist you with this.
Medical records sent to you directly through your Patient Portal do not have any fees. Records requested in paper or other formats as well as releasing to any third party other than the patient will include fees as allowed under State of Michigan statute and updated annually.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
